Hi Daniil, I find it interesting the way you describe the different kind of shapes. You are totally right when you talk about the fact that different roles need different shapes. Although, I think one specification should be added. Even though there are a lot of different muscle groups, their number is not infinite. The same muscle groups work in a lot of different movements. In reality, for a lot of movements, the muscles that work in ballet are mostly the same for different steps. Fer exemple, they are the same if you do a grand jeté or a sissonne arabesque. The biggest difference concern the quality of movement. In some cases, different muscles groups need more strenght, in other cases it can be power, or else.

I love to see you dance even if only on YouTube, I have studied Classical Ballet in the Past in London, really it was just for a hobby and to keep fit !… I believe that you are a beautiful dancer, full of grace and power, I am sure that these ingredients make you what you are.
